這是一家位置很好、房間很好、服務很好、早餐很好的酒店，為自己的選擇點贊。位置：機場坐火車直達中央火車站（15分鐘、好像是5.5歐）出來就能看到酒店，但需要找到正確的那個出口，這個出口兩邊都是餐廳檔口，其中一家是中餐，我們還吃了兩頓，味道很不錯還便宜（人均15歐）。房間：酒店較新，房間兩個人住大小合適，如果帶一個孩子可以住沙發（不確實能否打開成為梳化床），訂房網站顯示床是1.3米的但實際應該更大一點，兩個人住還是OK的，對比去年在愛丁堡住過的諾富特酒店要更好一些，價格還便宜點，維也納的整體物價低於英國。衞浴乾濕分離，洗漱枱麵大小也合適，能放下兩個化粧包。早餐：自助早餐，選擇很豐富，水果很多樣，老公兩天早上主要吃水果和酸奶，我則主要是可頌麵包、雞蛋和咖啡。服務：房間沒有電話，我有需求就去一層前台問，房間有熱水壺，但瓶裝水衹有入住的第一天提供了兩瓶，其中一瓶有GAS，自來水可以直接引用。房間沒有拖鞋，可以找前台要，我離店時又要了兩雙乘飛機穿，哈哈哈。此處出行最大的失誤是沒帶吹風機，歐洲酒店的吹風機都太老式了，熱乎乎的風還小。

An excellent choice for the start or end of a Vienna vacation. The hotel has a polished, elegant feel with a lovely front desk area and an amazing rooftop spa where you can unwind while taking in the views. Absolutely fantastic experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again to kick off my next 訂房網站.

Overall good location, amenities like toothbrush, bedroom slippers, sewing kit, shower cap available on request. Body wash and shampoo provided are of good quality. 2 bottles of water provided only on the day of arrival. Stayed on the 13th floor with a good day and night view of Danube Tower

I’ve stayed at Novotel hotels in other countries, and this one was the least comfortable. No in-room iron or fridge, weak aircon, and the bed was very small and soft. Ironing requires going to a basement room near the car park, which feels unsafe and inconvenient. Overall, not worth it compared to other Novotel locations.

普通的商務酒店，最大的優點是在火車站和機場大巴附近，房間裡的燈超級暗，洗手間的門竟然是一整塊大鏡子，非常不安全，浴缸裡面沒有扶手和防滑墊，早餐還行吧。

酒店比較新，乾淨衞生，交通便利，適合商務出差。設施還不錯，有燒水壺，房間稍微小了點，床也太窄了，也不知道歐洲胖子怎麼夠睡。

歐洲之旅住過最差最差的酒店，沒有之一帶娃旅行的一定要慎重定這個酒店純粹是因為它所謂的套房可以住4人，並且評分4.6。酒店普通房900一晚，小套房賣2500。價格也就算了，酒店真的是一塌糊塗晚上12:00到的，前台空無一人，乾等了十幾分鍾才來了一個和混混一樣的工作人員。回到房間想加床被子，這破酒店連坐機都沒有，衹能下樓去找前台，前後不到五分鐘，這前台又消失了然後説説房間，最受不了的就是那個洗澡要站在浴缸裡，巨噁心還容易打滑第二天早上9:00，打掃的象徵性敲了一下門就直接開門進來，真是奇葩。更奇葩的是清潔人員是個男的，形象衣著和馬路上流浪漢一般，把人嚇壞了這破酒店連國內全季都比不上，圖便宜個人遊湊合著能住。否者就算了吧，誰定誰後悔

The location is excellent and really close to the main train station. It was easy to get around as it’s near the underground line U1 that gets you to Karlsplatz (just 2 stops) which is near the major tourist spots. As we were there during the heatwave, it was convenient enough for us to go back to the hotel when we’re tired for a rest before heading back out again. The hotel is clean, contemporary and modern. It’s also easy to get to the airport (only 15 mins) as there is a direct train service from the main train station to the airport that runs every half hourly. Overall we’re really happy to with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again is we ever come to Vienna again.

非常滿意。地理位置極佳，就在火車站對面，出門就可以看到。火車站裡餐館超市都有，可以説衣食住行都很方便。酒店外表很新，房間也非常整潔，面積和國內四五星裡酒店差不多，性價比可以説極高。正常退房時間12點，我們因為是下午3點多的火車，問酒店辦了免費會員卡，就幫忙延遲到了2點半。唯一的不足：僅入住當天送一瓶水，之後甭管住多少天都沒免費水供應了，不太像大酒店的標準😉
